Mentoring & Coaching

Organisations are basically a group of people that have come together around a particular purpose.
Over the years within our daily praxis, Context has come to the realisation that not much will happen in case staff members of organisations are prepared and in a position to invest in their own personal assessment and growth.
Against this background, we have started mentoring and especially coaching staff members of development actors and social enterprises.
These activities take place on the job with a strong focus on practical application in the day-to-day work.
